  <abstract>La segunda mitad del siglo xx en España estuvo caracterizada por una serie de cambios que tuvieron su punto de inflexión con la muerte de Franco y el fin de la dictadura, una sucesión de transiciones y transformaciones que, sin duda, marcaron el devenir de la sociedad actual. El recorrido que se propone con las cincuenta películas seleccionadas pretende mostrar cómo afectaron todos estos cambios sociales, económicos, políticos, culturales y emocionales a la población española; trabajos que hablan de la apertura de España al exterior y la llegada de la modernidad, pero también de la salida de un Régimen que durante cuarenta años había paralizado en muchos sentidos al país</abstract>
